Kubernetes의 solver 네임스페이스에 있는 default ServiceAccount(system:serviceaccount:solver:default)에 클러스터 리소스 read-only 권한을 부여해. 저장소의 기존 구조/배포 관례를 먼저 확인하고 선언적 매니페스트에 반영한 뒤 실제 클러스터에도 적용하고 검증해. 가능하면 Kubernetes 기본 ClusterRole `view`를 ClusterRoleBinding으로 적절히 바인딩하되, `view`가 nodes 조회(list/get/watch)를 허용하지 않으므로 nodes에 대해서만 verbs get/list/watch, resources nodes, apiGroups [""]를 허용하는 최소 별도 ClusterRole과 ClusterRoleBinding을 추가해. 모든 binding subject는 kind ServiceAccount, name default, namespace solver로 정확히 지정해. 쓰기·수정·패치·삭제·권한상승 권한은 절대 추가하지 마. 적용 후 `kubectl auth can-i --as=system:serviceaccount:solver:default`로 최소 nodes get/list/watch가 yes인지, nodes create/update/patch/delete 및 대표적인 쓰기/삭제 작업이 no인지 확인하고 결과를 기록해. 기존 manifest와 충돌/중복되지 않도록 하고, 변경사항을 저장소에 저장해.

solver 서비스가 사용하는 Kubernetes identity(ServiceAccount 등)를 프로젝트에서 찾아서, Kubernetes 클러스터의 모든 API 그룹/모든 리소스에 대해 읽기 전용 권한(get, list, watch)을 갖도록 RBAC을 구현해. 기존 배포 방식(Helm/Kustomize/raw manifests/GitOps)을 그대로 따르고, ClusterRole + ClusterRoleBinding을 사용해. 쓰기/삭제/exec/impersonate 권한은 추가하지 마. solver가 실제로 쓰는 ServiceAccount 이름과 namespace를 정확히 찾아 바인딩하고, 중복되거나 충돌하는 기존 RBAC이 있으면 깔끔하게 정리해. 관련 렌더링/정적 검증 또는 테스트도 수행하고 변경 내용을 커밋 가능한 상태로 만들어.
